EGB Employee - Staff App
EGB Employee is internal mobile platform of Enter designed to simplify daily operations and ensure accountability across worksites. It connects employees, timekeepers, and construction chiefs in one secure system.
Who is this app for?
The EGB Employee app is designed exclusively for three user roles within Enter company:
Employee – to check in/out, view duties, and track work hours.
Construction Chief – to oversee site operations and assign tasks.
Timekeeper – to record attendance and manage work hour logs.
The app simplifies and digitizes the official duties of each role. All data is securely managed through the company’s admin panel by authorized management. External users cannot access the app. Login credentials are issued only after an employment contract is signed.
What the app does?
2. Projects & Tasks: Assign tasks to team members, track their progress, and monitor project completion.
3. Duties & Policies: Read your role-specific duties, responsibilities, and site rules.
4. Notifications: Get important updates from HR and site management.
5. Work Hours Overview: Track daily hours and overtime; helps payroll accuracy.
How access works:
1. HR collects and verifies your documents — such as visa, medical certificate, address, full name, email, phone number, patent or VKS and payment details, passport with notarized translation, labor contract, language certificate, INN, and SNILS.
2. Only when all documents are approved, your account is activated and credentials are issued.
3. Log in with the company-provided user/password. Self-registration is not available.
Privacy & data
